Dr. Jay’s journey began with a simple intention: to help people heal. However, as he delved deeper into medicine, he realised that healing extends beyond physical ailments. Sometimes, what patients suffer from most isn’t just bodily symptoms, but a lack of confidence that has accumulated over time, creating an invisible barrier between them and the outside world.
“I wanted to be more than just a doctor who treats diseases,” Dr. Jay reflects. “I wanted to help people smile again.” This inspiration arose from witnessing patients transform—not just externally, but in their courage, confidence, and the spark of life that returned after surgery.
