Today, I met with a team from a facial compression garment company to collaboratively design and propose ideas for a new-generation garment—one that can further enhance postoperative outcomes.
Because I truly believe that the beauty created through surgery does not end in the operating room. Postoperative care, listening to our patients’ voices, and continuous improvement at every step are just as important.
I often ask my patients:
- How far have you traveled to get here?
- What would you like to improve?
- What is the deeper reason behind your decision to undergo surgery?

One to two weeks after surgery, when she returned for follow-up, I could clearly feel that the transformation was not limited to her face—it had reached her heart and her smile.
I believe that when we open our minds, truly listen, and give time,we discover stories that inspire us to continuously improve our skills, our systems, our teams, and our organization—so that every patient can return to their life with a smile and a heart filled with happiness.
